These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. PC Dry Clean is a specialist dry cleaning and laundry business based at 7 Orchard Business Park, Pennyburn Industrial Estate, Londonderry BT48 0LY.
We provide professional dry cleaning, laundry, ironing, alterations and related garment care services. All prices quoted are guide prices only and the final price will be confirmed upon inspection of the item.
We offer a free collection and delivery service within our coverage area. Collection and delivery times are estimated and we cannot guarantee specific time slots. We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed times.
We take the utmost care with all items entrusted to us. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items that have pre-existing wear, undisclosed damage or care label issues. We will always advise you before undertaking any treatment where there is a risk of damage.
We will make every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. The outcome depends on the fabric type, stain type and how long the stain has been present. We will always provide an honest assessment before proceeding.
In the unlikely event of an item being lost or damaged while in our care, our liability is limited to the current replacement value of the item, up to a maximum of £100 per item unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Items not collected within 90 days of completion will be donated to charity unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment is due upon delivery or collection of your cleaned items. We accept cash and card payments. All prices include VAT where applicable.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items. We will do our utmost to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
