How long does dry cleaning and laundry take?

Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from collection or drop off. For specialist items like wedding dresses, rugs, or heavy curtains, it may take a little longer to ensure a perfect finish. If you have an urgent request — like a suit for a funeral or an event — just let Paul or the team know and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate you.
Is collection and delivery really free?

Yes, completely. We provide a free collection and delivery service with no hidden surcharges or travel fees. You only pay for the professional cleaning itself. It’s our way of making expert garment care as convenient as possible for the people of Derry.
What areas do you cover for collection and delivery?

We provide daily coverage across the Cityside and Waterside of Derry / Londonderry. This includes surrounding areas such as Culmore, Pennyburn, Prehen, Altnagelvin, Eglinton, and Claudy. If you aren’t sure if we reach your doorstep, just give us a shout.
Do I need to do anything before I hand over my laundry?

We ask that you check all pockets and remove any loose items. If you are using our Wash, Dry & Fold service, please separate it from your Dry Cleaning or Ironing items. If there are specific stains you’re worried about, please point them out to our driver so we can apply the correct specialist treatment.
Can you clean and preserve wedding dresses?

Definitely. Wedding dress cleaning and preservation is one of our core specialties. We handle delicate lace, silk, and intricate beading with extreme care. We also offer a Preservation Box Service, using acid-free tissue to protect your gown from yellowing over the years.
Do you handle bulky items like duvets and rugs?

Yes. Most household machines aren’t large enough for king size duvets or heavy rugs. We use industrial-grade equipment to deep clean and thoroughly dry these items, removing allergens and restoring freshness. This service is available for all bedding sizes and various rug types, including wool and synthetics.
Can you remove tough stains?

We have a very high success rate with stain removal. However, the result depends on the fabric type and how long the stain has been set. We recommend getting the item to us as soon as possible and avoiding home “hacks” which can often set the stain permanently. We’ll always give you an honest assessment of what’s achievable.
Do you provide clothing repairs and alterations?

We do. Our skilled team handles everything from zip replacements and trouser hems to more complex tailoring alterations. Whether it’s a simple button fix or resizing a formal suit, we ensure your clothes fit perfectly.
How much does your service cost?

Prices page. We will always confirm the final price with you before we begin any work, so there are never any surprises.
To keep things simple, payment is taken when we deliver your fresh garments back to your door. Our drivers carry mobile card machines for easy payment, but we also accept cash if that’s more convenient for you.
What if I’m not happy with the result?

As an independent Derry business, our reputation is everything. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the finish of an item, please let us know immediately. We will take it back, re-clean it, and make it right at no extra cost to you.
